The firm was originally established by Mr. Basil Flynn in 1962. Over the years the firm has grown to one of the largest in the province on a reputation of providing quality service over a wide range of real estate appraisal issues. Flynn Mirtle Moran comprises a partnership of four including Gary Mirtle (1981), Jim Moran (1988), Mark Anderson (2002) and Carey Wale (2008), as well as two staff appraisers and three support staff. Between the partners and staff appraisers Flynn Mirtle Moran has over 125 years of appraisal experience in both commercial and residential appraisal.
