The firm was originally established by Mr. Basil Flynn in 1962.  Over the years the firm has grown to one of the largest in the province on a reputation of providing quality service over a wide range of real estate appraisal issues.  Flynn Mirtle Moran comprises a partnership of four including Gary Mirtle (1981), Jim Moran (1988), Mark Anderson (2002) and Carey Wale (2008).  Between the four partners and six staff appraisers Flynn Mirtle Moran has 160 years of appraisal experience in both commercial and residential appraisal.  In addition, there are six staff appraisers, two with commercial accreditation, and a support staff of three.
