Where We Work

Flynn Mirtle Moran is based in Kamloops, British Columbia and from this office we service primarily the Central and Southern Interior. The commercial department undertakes appraisal and consultancy services within this region, but will travel throughout the Province for more complex assignments.

Our residential department services the City of Kamloops and immediate environs on a daily basis and each appraiser is also responsible for a rural area up to a three hour drive from Kamloops. These areas extend north to Valemount, east to Shuswap Lake, south to Lytton and west to Goldbridge/Bralorne. These areas are typically serviced weekly to inspect multiple properties.
