Gary is married with two children and has lived in Kamloops since 1951. His interests are stamp collecting, reading, golf and he is a long time member of Rivershore Golf Club. He is the former director of Hosting the Briar and former Chairman of Entertainment of the Ford World Curling Championships. He joined Flynn Mirtle Moran in 1979, and became a partner in 1980. His accreditations include; AACI - Accredited Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, RI (BC) - Member of the Professional Division of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia and P. App - Professional Appraiser. He specializes in all types of commercial, industrial, institutional, subdivisions, development lands and recreational properties.

Jim joined Flynn Mirtle Moran and became a partner in 1988. Mark has been living in Kamloops since 1979. Mark has many interests including rebuilding cars, golfing, fitness and home renovations. He has also coached soccer and fastball. Mark joined Flynn Mirtle Moran in 1990 and became a partner in 2002. He specializes in appraisals of commercial, agricultural, land for gifting, recreational, waterfront, insurance and strata developments. His accreditations include AACI - Accredited Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and P. App - Professional Appraiser. He is a past Chairman of the Kamloops Chapter - BCAIC.

Brett has lived in Kamloops since 1975 and is married with three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and hockey. Brett joined Flynn Mirtle Moran in 2003 and specializes in the valuation of all types of commercial and industrial properties and all types of improved and vacant residential properties, including rural properties, small and large acreage and hobby farm properties, waterfront and recreational. His accreditations include CRA - Canadian Residential Appraiser and a CSOM - Computer Systems Operation & Management and he is currently in the process of completing the AACI designation requirements through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. DALE BEASTALL dale@fmmkamloops.ca Dale has lived in Kamloops since 2005, after moving here from Williams Lake, BC. Dale's interests include travel, adventure travel and exotic destinations and he enjoys hockey and tennis. Dale joined Flynn Mirtle Moran in 2006 and specializes in appraising all types of improved and vacant residential properties, including rural properties, large and small hobby farm and acreage properties, waterfront and recreational. Dale is currently completing CRA designation requirements through the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate with UBC, where he previously completed his Diploma in Urban Land Economics. He grew up in the town of Chase, BC and his main interests include hockey, basketball, mountain biking, geo-caching, tennis, snowboarding and cross country skiing. Scott joined Flynn Mirtle Moran in 2007, and specializes in appraising all types of residential properties. Scott has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Geography from Thompson Rivers University and is currently enrolled in the Sauder School of Business AACI Education Program. Mitchell joined Flynn Mirtle Moran in 2008 and specializes in appraising all types of residential properties. Mitchell is in the process of completing the Urban Land Econimics Diploma Program and Bachelor of Business Degree in Real Estate at UBC and all of the Appraisal Institute of Canada's requirements for the AACI, Professional Appraiser designation.
